Could u possibly set up the system that u could train all your players weekly and see growth on a report after every training sesion :) If all players will train it will be very easy to have a strong team. Actually all players train, but only 8 of them recieve 100% training (the rest recieve about 20%). The weekly report is a good idea. I will implement it.

An excellent training system can be found on Freekick (I hope you don't mind me mentioning names). Basically each skill is assigned to values: present skill and potential. Potential can only rise between the ages of 15-21 (player still a "youth"). The bigger the difference between current skill and potential, the faster that skill rises. Skills can be trained beyond the "potential" value, but progress becomes extremely slow... The whole thing gives an interesting mix, as when looking at potential players for your team, you can also estimate how good a young player will become... I realise that changing the training system would require a lot or re-programming, so I am just throwing the idea out there as something to keep in mind for the future...or not!

I'm not that kind of guy who yells 'Spammer!' every time someone posts a link on the forum. Basically each skill is assigned to values: present skill and potential. I realise that changing the training system would require a lot or re-programming, so I am just throwing the idea out there as something to keep in mind for the future...or not! I didn't wanted to make this game to complex at the beggining. But it's a great idea.
