Hello,
Don't you think height could continue growing for young players ? Less than 20 yo for example ?

A good and reasonable idea.

It´s absolutely logic. Interesting observation. And a possible improvement.

Good idea but it has to be limited to 2-3cm a year.

Good idea but it has to be limited to 2-3cm a year. Except for youths...At 16th yo, it is possible to gain 5-6 cm a year...

Maybe it would be enough to limitate this to youth academy ?

Maybe it would be enough to limitate this to youth academy ? Why ? Why not maintain this up to 20 for example ?

Maybe it would be enough to limitate this to youth academy ? Why ? Why not maintain this up to 20 for example ? I don't think it's a good idea once the player is in the senior team ... it could have an effect on transfers (a 202cm-2nd-row has not the same value than a 203 or 204cm-2nd-row ..) Furthermore, a well-trained 20yo player can already be one of your best players in the team despite his age ... you can't make everything move so late.
