As a result of human nature, we arent all as talented as each other. So maybe there should be introduced a talent or workrate system. With this system some talented players will improve faster and become stars of the game. With the equal system right now all players will be smilar to each other. That will make the game boring after a certain time. For example in youth system some of our young players that our scouts found will be very talented and improves faster than others and can be a future star. Not most of the player but maybe a few player should be like this. I think the game will be more fun.

Agreed, but there are some small problems that need to be disscused: 1. What will happent with players that already are in the game? Their talent will be set randomly? 2. Every skill will have it's own talent? Or players will have a general talent? I think it's better if every skill will have it's own talent. That way, users will have to think and plan a training programme for their players. 3. Talent will be shown or not?

Talent will be shown or not? 1. yes , i think it is ok to be set randomly 2. players should have a single workrate but skills like speed ,power and resistance should have their own max top and for players at age 29 and more this skills should decrease more than the rest 3. yes , only general one , caps should stay hidden

Either that way or this way, there must be a talent factor. My personal opionion, there must be a general talent. By looking at the player's current skills and height/weight user may decide to improve which skill. Other way for example if player has good back skills but has a good workrate for strength there will be a waste of skills of course. Talent should be visible i think. But if it have to be hidden then we will decide by looking how faster he gets skills approximately.

one general talent 'factor' for most skills isn't that correct, is it....
or maybe if you do use 1 general talent level... add an possible 'asset' to a player... f.e. powerhouses will get +certain % in training speed/tackling (or maybe even only strength)
other possible marks can be like 'Double lungs' (stamina) 'Dasher' (speed) 'Mister Precision' (kicks) 'handyman' (handling)
others can't directly think of example...
but that way you can make talent (the general factor) visible to everyone to assure a rather open market in transfers... and the element of 1 possible extra stimulation in a skill... but still the other skills will need to be developed rather equal to get a good performance on the pitch anyhow.
I don't know how new teams are handled... x amount of players all random but maybe with at least x players 17 x player 18 etc...
if such player 'assets' are awarder, you could maybe decide that excisting players can 'choose' which one to give at who... but since every team starts with same amount of players... you could say... x of type that x of type that x of type that etc...
so because they are loyal 'fans' of you they get this little benefit of choosing... also notice that that it is still open to game maker if they want this in that every player gets an asset, or only a certain amount.
It would make the game more challenging anyway, certainly if general talent is visible but the asset is not;).
