Yeah, but if salaries get high quickly, it'll push managers to have a more multiskilled squad in order to reduce the salarial mass of the team. The salary will formula will encourage users to have oneskilled players. Yes but imagine a player A who can play at several position(best Hooker and good in flanker); another player B best in the same position: Hooker and that's all. With this system the both players would get the same salary whereas the player A is quite more important as he can play on 2 positions... So perhaps calculate the salary regarding the accumulation of maximum grade per position (perhaps not 100% per position) and i come back for the training when i say that's not good training all players in the team at 100%: like you said imagine a team with 100 players (in this case you can imagine a psychologic negativ effect)... in a system where you define a rate per minutes played it forces the manager to not get too many players

It will be very hard to make a player wich can play on 2 positions. If a team has more than 30 players, only 30 players from the team will train (randomly selected every day).
LE: Actually yes, I think you are right. Salary formula will remain the same, based on best player skill.

Which skill will be trained for youth players with the new system?do we also chance to change training type for youths?or they get training on a random skill due to their fwd/back positions?

Youths will train like they train now, at all their skills. The only difference will be that the potential will influence their skill improvement.

I don't think it goes to a higher level of management : you'll only have to train every player in the 1rst primary skill of his place in the squad (that is to say more or less strength for forwards and speed for backs, excepted flankers, n°8, scrumhalf and n°15) I agree with this idea. I think the salary should be effected by highest skill. The 2nd and 3rd should also effect the salary but not that much as 1st skill. Maybe 1st skill effect 1x, 2nd 0.4x, 3rd 0.2x. Just suggestion. If the cost of multiskill is very high there will be all similar players. And it will be boring. And one good skill should not make a player good player. A player with high speed but low breakthrough shouldn't make many tries. Even though he is very fast he will just go and crash to the fwds of opponent team without a good breakthrough. In conclusion; i think we should encourage multi skill.

The player list does not look very friendly for a new player , there are lots of numbers and you might get easily discouraged , can you make it more interesting ?

Training is very strange , i mean how can you only train 4 backrows and 4 forwards ? And only 1 specific session , i think the training should be somethink like this : Team Training : 1 or 2 sessions + Backs Training 2 sessions(only backs gain this training -> you select who are your backs) + Forwards Training 2 sessions (only forwards gain this training ). And some individual training , because you need sometimes to improove one of your players stat faster that the rest of the group , maybe add some Defence Trainers / Attack trainers , some In-Game Training , because i think players that play every game should get some extra training ( i don't know if you heard of BR , if you did not you can PM me and i will send you a link , you can get some ideea from there PS : Skill for every position should not be some exact skills , i mean sometimes a prop's speed can be helpful in outrunning another prop This is pretty much a peace of cake in selecting every player in his position , you just have to open a XLS file and it is done I think selecting players for a specific position should be more complex

training session will be renewed tomorrow(if there isnt any delay more ) and then training will become more useful.
