with the potential system, all players train with same speed but they reach the limit values by different levels due to their potentials. Am i right totally?

No. Actually potential will work like talent. It will influence the traning speed. The maximum value of every skill will remain 99.99 for every player.

Soft cap rather than hard cap. I voted for "8 slots for training, every slot has any skill", but I wouldn't really mind "Set training for all the players" either. PS. the new site layout looks great.

PS. the new site layout looks great. The results of the poll were very balanced, but I decided and there will be a talent for every skill and all the players will train. Thanks. I'm not the best webdesigner but it looks good.

Thanks for your efforts for improvement of the site. It looks nice. When will be the new training rules in effect? Will the talent levels of our current players be totally generated random or will there be a balance within the team such as a stable level of avarage talent of the team?

For ex. can we train handling for a player while tack for other one and strength for another and speed fot another etc. Or again do we have two training skills one for backs one for fwds but instead of 4 players each we have chance to train every player? My english failed in this case i think

Yes. You can train any skill for any player, not only 2 skills per team or something like that.
